• 7 years at Target Corporation (Target) and 2+ years with Sony Corporation, India.
• Led the successful CMMI Level 3 assessment as SCAMPI Program Manager with Target India.
• Assisted in developing the Target captive center by ramping up skilled resources.
• Project Deliveries include Target.com, Marketing systems, Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions.

Ravi has been with REV since our inception in 2007, helping propel our growth into a global delivery organization. As Managing Director of REV India, Ravi is accountable for delivery management, capacity growth, and process initiatives. He has fostered a culture of openness and transparency and instilled a "can do, we never let you down" attitude.

Prior to REV, I had worked in various delivery and competency development roles within Target. “I’ve always been driven by something that’s bigger than me and have believed my contributions to an organization could go well beyond a particular project or domain. I was able to gain such self confidence and trust in my ability as a result of working with Steve Stephan on various Target initiatives including Partner’s online B2B portal, Supply Chain projects, Target.com, and Business Partner Management program.

Having held various positions within numerous project life cycles, ranging from developer to delivery manager, gives me a unique ability to manage our India teams more effectively and efficiently and be best prepared to successfully meet the challenges of effective project delivery.
