As the Director of Operations, Chad brings a unique combination of deep front line E-commerce and retail operations experience to REV. He joined REV at its inception and previously managed Delivery for the organization. Presently Chad’s primary responsibilities are oversight of REVs overall operational performance and business development.

Prior to REV, I was part of the key management group at Target where I held diverse roles across the organization including Merchandise Planning, E-Commerce Supply Chain Integration, Store Operations Management and IT Management for Distribution & Transportation. Through these capacities I gained critical experience and insight across the retail organization from both business and IT perspectives. Upon Target’s decision in 1999 to formalize their E-commerce strategy, I was one of five business leaders selected to drive that vision to reality. While at Target.com I was a key member of the team responsible for the initial launch of Target.com, the strategic migration of Target.com to Amazon (platform and fulfillment) and growing sales from $0 to $100 million.

Prior to Target, I gained experience as a Small Business Consultant for a non-governmental economic development group in northern Minnesota. In this capacity I worked with small business leaders to improve their overall operational and financial performance.
