REQ 6 - E-COMMERCE BUSINESS ANALYST

EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Applications

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years experience in any IT development position using ATG e-Commerce
  

RESPONSIBLE FOR
• working on technical solutions to e-commerce needs playing a critical role in defining the solutions and working with clients’ business areas and subject matter experts to deliver the high quality ATG site
• planning and performing analysis of e-commerce activities and/or functions and guiding the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of existing ATG e-commerce applications
• utilizing available personnel and computer system resources to analyze, design, and modify information, applications, methods, systems, and procedures related to e-commerce to determine the most useful solutions for the company
• determining the most effective ways in which information should be collected and processed
• testing, debugging, investigating, and correcting program-related problems to create and provide effective and reliable documentation
• analyzing, interpreting, and making recommendations based on gathered data in the form of formal proposals and/or presentations to upper management
• leading, training, and guiding the work of less senior analyst if necessary
• performing proactive activities related to the completion and implementation of a project
• Tools used: Rational Unified Process Methodology, Oracle, XML, Axure, ATG e-Commerce Framework, ATG ACC and ATG BCC.
