REQ 3 - TECHNICAL LEAD

REV brings a wide range of Web Solutions to cater tailor made solutions required by different organizations. Providing a full range of web solutions including high-class web site development, flash design, custom web programming for complex solutions, corporate identity design, and e-commerce solutions, and Process Management System.


LOCATION
Bangalore


    EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Master's Degree or higher degree preferred but not necessary in Computer or Engineering.
    ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to design and implement complex technical solutions.
  • Strong proven experience in a relevant position within the IT Industry
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral, and proven ability in producing documentation for a technical audience.
  • Self-starter who possess exceptional attitude and aptitude
  • Ability to work on a collaborative basis
    EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 4.5+ years of experience
  • Proven Low level design background and should have worked on atleast one project with TA
  • Solid background and extensive working experience in Java/J2EE, Application Servers like (WAS,ATG,JBOSS), XML, Design Patterns, Frameworks lile Struts etc.
  • Experience in UML with Rational XDE or RSA, TogetherJ to create/own LLD.
  • Should have hands on experience in implementing design patterns.
  • Understanding of e-commerce solution products like ATG Commerce suite, IBM Commcerce server is a definitive plus.
  • Understanding of the Open Source and Standards environments a definitive plus.
    DESIRABLE
  • Any Framework development experience
  • Retail domain (e-Commerce) experience
  • Hands on experience on IBM Tools (RAD, WAS, etc).
    RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Designing low level systems and implementing solutions that meet client business requirements on high-impact projects
  • Providing technical direction regarding solution design and development
  • Creating, refining, and implementing organizational design and development standards
  • Collaboration with other architects/technical leads across the organization to develop best practices
  • Foster high performing technical teams
  • Identify and recruit technical developers into the organization
  • Coaches, mentors, and delegates to engineers to facilitate their development.
