Job Location	Bangalore
Education	Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.  Master's Degree or higher degree preferred but not necessary in Computer or Engineering.
Essential	Ability to develop. Strong proven handson experience in development Excellent communication skills both written and oral Self-starter who possess exceptional attitude and aptitude Ability to work on a collaborative basis
Experience	Minimum 3+ years of experience Proven Software development background and should have development experience of atleast two projects Solid background in Java/J2EE, Application Servers Experience in solving performance issues (code and query optimization Understanding of the Open Source and Standards environments a definitive plus.
Desirable	Experience in understanding UML diagrams Any Framework development experience Retail domain experience ATG Commerce is an added advantage Hands on experience on IBM Tools (RAD, WAS, etc).
